Artist Talk: ‘Walking Through the Darkness’

Join us in the gallery from 2pm on Saturday 22 July for an artist talk and tour of Walking Through the Darkness. Hear from exhibiting artists as they discuss their work, influences, and inspirations in conversation with CCP curator Catlin Langford.

Walking Through the Darkness is a reflection on photography’s origins, noting the significance of darkness to its very being. The artists in this exhibition use photography and film as a means of journeying: reflecting on past histories, contemplating experiences and place, as well as capturing and communicating those things which are usually hidden or unseen. In doing so, their works evoke new ways of thinking and seeing.
