Do I have to register to place a bid?
Yes, in order to bid in the Silent Auction, you will first need to create an account on our website (CCP members will already have an account). Creating an account means we can keep track of your bidding status. It is free to create an account.
I have received an email asking me to reset my password. Why?
When you register for an account, you will receive an email prompting you to change your password. You will need to undertake this step to ensure you have continued access to your account.

Do I need to be signed in to my account to place a bid?
Yes, every time you wish to bid, you will need to make sure you are logged in to your account on the CCP website.
How much does each bid increase by?
The first bid is for the starting price listed in this catalogue. After this, the bids will increase by 10% of the current bid value. For instance, if the price is listed as $1000, the next bid will be $1100. All prices are in Australian dollars.
How do I place a bid?
To place a bid, simply click the ‘BID’ button. The page will refresh and the new bid amount will be shown at the top of the screen. If you are placing the initial bid the dollar amount will not change, but the page will refresh to say ‘bid’ rather than ‘starting price’. You will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge your bid.
Do I need to register my card or pay to place a bid?
No, you do not need to provide bank card details or make a deposit to bid.
Will I receive email confirmation of my bid?
When you place a bid, you will receive email confirmation of that bid.
How will I know if I have been outbid?
If you are outbid, you will receive notification via email, in case you wish to make a higher bid.
How will I know if I’ve won the auction?
In the event that you win, you will receive an email notifying you of your success. This will include a request for full payment. Please ensure you make the payment within 48 hours to secure your work. Payment can be made via card on the CCP’s website.
Can I collect my work from CCP?
Yes, framed Fundraiser Exhibition works can be collected from CCP after final payment has been received. To arrange collection please email fundraiser@ccp.org.au
Can I arrange for a courier/artwork transport company to collect my work?
Yes, if you wish to arrange for a courier or artwork transport company to collect your work please email fundraiser@ccp.org.au
All transport is at your own expense, once the work leaves CCP it is no longer our responsibility.
Will I receive a tax invoice for my purchase?
Yes, all purchases made in the 2024 CCP Fundraiser Exhibition will receive a tax invoice. Please allow up to two weeks for this to arrive via email.
