Radiolucent forms part of a series of works by Gilbee utilising the Xray as a medium. This work explores the intriguing qualities of the body's surface becoming radio opaque, as opposed to its internal structure. This is achieved in a mysterious way and warrants further exploration for clues. The figure appears in a manner before its audience, as it has never really been seen.
