Having encountered Icelandic yoghurt cheese, they set out on an exploratory path of fermentation; from cultured butter to whey soda and everything in between. The team spent month upon month perfecting their small batch ferments, which they proudly shared with friends and family. Through the process of sharing, a dormant urge to feed others was ignited, and they lovingly laboured in the kitchen once again, this time baking sweet creations utilising their homemade dairy goods.
Together, these form the basis of their offerings today, which are a ferment-focused grazing table, a light and bright brunch grazing table, and a ferment-focused box. Their tables have been carefully considered, comprised of their favourite original recipes and the finest artisan products from small produces.
